CHECK-IN/OUT POLICY :

• Check-in time is 14:00 -21:00 and Check-out time is 12:00 PM
• Early Check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, room should be reserved from the previous night at additional charge.
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may subject to addional charges.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOWS :

• Cancellation with is made 7 days before arrival will be charge 50% from the whole transaction
• Cancellation with is made 3 days before arrival will be charge 100% from the whole transaction
• In the case of “No Show” on the date of arrival, full night charged from the total number of room(s) confirmed will be imposed.

• All confirmed reservation should be fully prepaid prior to guest’s check-in
